Internship: Cupra Project Assistant

The Volkswagen Group with its headquarters in Wolfsburg is one of the worlds leading automobile manufacturers and the largest car maker in Europe.

Volkswagen Group Singapore (VGS) is a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, which is fully owned by the Volkswagen Group. The companys portfolio includes Volkswagen Passenger Cars, KODA, Cupra, Das WeltAuto and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

Internship Goal and Responsibilities

This internship provides you with the opportunity to join the CUPRA Team to work on existing projects and work independently with the manager to generate new project ideas. That includes research tasks, communication with stakeholder, data analyses, documentations of findings and working out proposals of new solutions.

You will:

• Independently work on future directed project like:
• Lead nurturing concepts
• Ideal customer-oriented journey for Cupra
• Digitalisation & potential use cases for AI
• Conduct research and gather data relevant to the project
• In collaboration with the project manager/team to work out possible scenarios and solutions
• Analyse and document project outcome for future reference

You will bring:

Academic & professional qualifications:

• Current enrolment in the Bachelors program (in the final years and with internship experience)

Work Experience:

• Previous experience or coursework related to project management or research work.
• Existing additional work experience before or during the university program would be beneficial

• Independent and self-motivated
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Attention to details
• Strong communication skill, both in written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing tools

NOTE:

• The duration of the internship is ideally 6 months, however not shorter than 4 months.
• Able to start immediately will be advantageous
• Full time internship
