Project Architectural Coordinator

Scope of works

To attend and participate in all Open, Closed, Invited Tender Site Shows and Private Projects as stipulated by the Company.

To coordinate with Design and QS Teams to develop and finalize Tender Proposals with timely submissions.

To liaise and coordinate with Clients on requirements and deliverables for awarded projects.

To follow up on all enquires from potential clients with regards project and documentation details.

To coordinate with clients on work progress, additions and omissions, design and requirement changes.

To handle all documentation related to site work and project completion.

Requirements

Previous knowledge and experience in the same line of works or same industry.

Good knowledge of Builders and M&E works rates and costs.

Familiarity with site work practices is an advantage.

Able to work odd hours at times as required based on work volume and requirements.

Able to read Architectural, ID, M&E Shop and Construction drawings.

Good knowledge and familiarity with MS Office Software and Design Software (Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.)

Own transport is an advantage.
