Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects involving integrated security systems such as CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and intercom systems.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems according to customer requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise and monitor progress of project on-site.
- Conduct site surveys and attend site meetings to monitor project progress.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and accurate reporting.
- Utilize BIM tools to support project design, coordination, clash detection, and documentation.
- Prepare and update technical drawings including shop drawings, floor plans, and single-line diagrams using BIM and CAD platforms.
- Sourcing materials and coordinate timely delivery aligned with site progress and budget constraints.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, technical challenges, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project engineering or system integration.
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and IP networking.
- Proven experience in AutoCAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is preferred.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
