- Manage the implementation of new campus wide access control system.
- Lead the planning and execution of Campus Emergency and Security activities for access control system, e.g. global administrator, blacklisting, creation of site admins, etc.
- Develop and update policies and procedures relating to access control system.
- Engage stakeholders on their feedback and service requests.
- Conduct regular audits on access control system.
- Support key projects/tasks.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Security, Engineering).
- 5 years of relevant experience in security/projects.
- Experience with various stakeholders and managing large-scale door access control system.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
