Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Project Analyst / Business Analyst. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions. The analyst will develop process improvements, communicate insights to various teams, and ensure the alignment of project outcomes with organizational goals.

- Proficient in Analytical Skills, ensuring data-driven decision-making and identifying trends
- Expertise in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Processes to optimize workflows
- Strong Communication skills to effectively relay insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to elicit, document, and manage Business Requirements efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as project management software, data analysis tools, and workflow management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience in digital transformation or IT consulting is a plus
