Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile individual to support our construction and interior projects. This role requires the ability to manage multiple functions including project coordination, client communication, administrative support, and basic sales handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and review basic 3D drawings and technical design plans
  • Liaise with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Coordinate with clients on project requirements, progress updates, and after-sales support
  • Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and scheduling
  • Provide sales and customer service support, including follow-ups and quotations
  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients via WeChat and other platforms
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues promptly
  • Support ad-hoc operational duties when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Construction, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction / interior / project coordination
  • Ability to read and understand 3D drawings and technical plans
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via WeChat and other messaging platforms
  • Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including designers, contractors, and clients
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project coordination tools
  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently

Working Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Flexible to work beyond standard hours when required by project timelines
  • Responsive to client and project needs, including occasional off-hours coordination

Additional Advantage (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience in both operations and client-facing roles
  • Prior experience in handling Chinese market clients
  • Familiar with construction workflow in Singapore
