We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to support the development and optimization of customer service systems powered by data and AI. Candidates who can commit to at least 6 months are preferred, with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing customer service workflows (e.g., ticketing systems, chatbots, automation tools)
• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points
• Define product requirements, user stories, and basic workflows
• Support data analysis on service metrics (e.g., CSAT, response time, resolution rate)
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to drive feature delivery

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, or related fields
• Familiar with product tools (e.g., Figma) and basic product development process
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Experience with customer service systems / CRM / chatbot / AI-related projects
• Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or A/B testing
• Able to intern for 6 months or longer
