Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of our projects. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, supporting procurement and reporting activities, and assisting project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to solar project managers and project teams
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and project documentation
- Maintain project files, contracts, permits, drawings, and reports
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Assist with procurement activities, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and meeting minutes
- Monitor project budgets, process claims and invoices, and expense tracking
- Support permit applications, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate site mobilization, logistics, and workforce documentation
- Ensure document control and version management for engineering and construction records
- Support project close-out activities and final documentation handover
- Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned by Head of Department
Experience
- 1-3 years of project administration or coordination experience preferred
- Experience in solar, construction, engineering, or renewable energy industries is an advantage
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management software is an advantage
- Attention to detail and document management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of solar project processes and construction documentation is an advantage
Good to Have
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects
- Familiarity with permit and regulatory processes for solar installations
- Knowledge of HSE and quality documentation
- SAP, ERP, or project tracking software experience
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with occasional site visits
