Work Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Grace Hospitality Services is a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.

Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities

• Handle staff attendance, overtime records, and scheduling
• Maintain and update administrative documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Prior experience in admin support is an advantage
• Must be Singaporean
