This position is offered on a 15-month contract basis.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Administrator role will be a key support in the management of the SAP implementation. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator for overseeing the SAP implementation project. You will act as the backbone of the project, coordinating activities, ensuring governance, documentation, risk management and action tracking are effectively managed to support the successful deployment of SAP.

  • Administrative support to the projects and work streams
  • Maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for SAP implementation.
  • Develop, track, and report on project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and external vendors.
  • Supporting programme level Status & Financial Reporting
  • Supporting programme level Risk, Action, Issue and Decision Management
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating any co-location activities
  • Managing Timesheets & Invoicing
  • Maintaining Holiday Tracker

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PMO functions, preferably within ERP or SAP projects.
  • Prior experience managing or supporting large-scale SAP or similar enterprise system implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and implementation lifecycle.
  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of methodologies like PMI, Prince2, or Agile.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Exposure to organizational change management and user training initiatives is a plus.
