Job Summary
Support project teams by managing correspondence, preparing project documentation, coordinating site activities, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Type and prepare general correspondence to support project communication
- Assist in drafting proposals, progress claims, and variation orders to facilitate project approvals and billing
- Compile and submit equipment lists and catalogues to meet project requirements accurately
- Request and submit material requisitions to the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement for projects
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for all project documents to support easy retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Engineer to schedule meetings, submit workers name lists, and manage delivery of items/materials to the work site
- Handle confidential materials by classifying and safeguarding documents and improving documentation processes where possible
- Perform general administrative tasks assigned by the Project Manager and/or Engineer to support project operations
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the company to contribute to overall business needs
