Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation such as job sheets and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely submission to clients
- Liaise directly with suppliers, sub-contractors, and site personnel to coordinate project requirements
- Handle basic finance-related tasks, including invoicing and tracking of payments
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely collection
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Relevant experience in the construction industry, especially in handling claims, will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and confidence in liaising with various stakeholders
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
