Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is well-suited for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the construction industry within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documentation such as job sheets and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely submission to clients
  • Liaise directly with suppliers, sub-contractors, and site personnel to coordinate project requirements
  • Handle basic finance-related tasks, including invoicing and tracking of payments
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely collection
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Relevant experience in the construction industry, especially in handling claims, will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and confidence in liaising with various stakeholders
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
