Job Description
- Provide full administrative support to project teams across three projects.
- Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing (soft and hard copies).
- Maintain and update project records, logs, and reports in line with company procedures.
- Prepare, format, and distribute project correspondence, minutes, and reports.
- Track project deliverables, schedules, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in procurement and logistics coordination (e.g., raising purchase requests, delivery follow-ups).
- Support project team in compliance with ISO/OSHA standards and internal quality procedures.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in project administration or document control (construction/engineering industry preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) knowledge of project management/document control software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
