Job Summary
Support the Product Development Department through operational, logistics, packaging, administrative, and inventory tasks. Provide administrative support to emergency units and hospitals, manage quotations and invoices, and assist in sales, marketing, and event preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support product development by managing operational, logistics, packaging, administrative, and inventory tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in tender preparation, sales training, marketing activities, assembly, and event participation including exhibitions and conferences
- Maintain professionalism and comply with company regulations and policies consistently
- Provide timely administrative and enquiry support to emergency units and major hospitals via email and phone
- Perform basic medical product handling including delivery support such as loading and unloading
- Monitor basic financial transactions and maintain weekly inventory summaries to support accurate stock management
- Generate quotations, invoices, and delivery paperwork that accurately match purchase orders and delivered goods
- Use Microsoft Office applications proficiently to complete administrative and reporting tasks
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and external contacts
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and analytical accuracy
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge in any discipline
- Prior work experience in stock management is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
