Roles & Responsibilities
. Manage and maintenance department documentation
. Handle both internal / external ISO audits
. Assist PD / PM / PE to prepare quotations to customers
. Negotiate pricing with suppliers / subcons
. Prepare and email PO to suppliers / subcons
. Follow up with suppliers / subcons on delivery schedule
. Perform GRN on incoming goods / services, to check and ensure invoice amount in order
. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
. Min GCE O Levels or higher
. Prior experience in admin a must
. Excellent interpersonal skills
. Computer literate
