Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the project team at the site.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, filing, and reports.
  • Handle office supply procurement and inventory control.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow at the site.
  • Coordinate and arrange logistics such as air and sea shipments.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and take minutes of the meeting.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent Diploma preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in the construction or engineering industry).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts).
