Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, filing, and reporting.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating site activities.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory tracking.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Support logistics coordination, including air and sea shipments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level Diploma preferred.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills able to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
