Job Description

Responsibilities

. Perform data entry for resource deployment on various projects

. Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation

. Manning of Company's administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)

. Manning of helpdesk phone

. Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information

. Handling of Safety & ISO documentation

. Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned

Requirements

. Minimum GCE O Levels /NITEC/Diploma and above

. Proficient in MS office applications


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCE O Level or GCE N Level (Required)

Work Location: In person

Additional notes:

  • 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to full-time.
  • Maternity cover.
