Role Overview
SHRI Academy, the training and professional development arm of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), delivers industry-relevant programmes to support HR and people leaders in building capability and staying current with evolving workforce needs.
As SHRI Academy expands its programme portfolio and outreach, we are recruiting a Programme SalesExecutive (Sales & Programme Support) to drive programme sales and enrolment growth through proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-ups.
Key responsibilities
Sales, Lead Generation & Conversion (Primary)
- Own your sales pipeline: generate leads via outbound outreach, referrals, partners, events, and digital channels qualify opportunities and drive conversion.
- Handle inbound enquiries promptly, conduct needs diagnosis, recommend suitable programmes and pathways, and close enrolments.
- Provide accurate guidance to prospective learners on eligibility, funding options, and programme requirements (e.g. SkillsFuture/SSG-related pathways where relevant)
- Support recruitment activities (open houses, roadshows, info sessions, corporate briefings) and follow through with structured post-event conversion plans.
- Track and report key metrics (leads, conversions, class-fill rate, follow-up SLAs, revenue/enrolment projections)
Student Recruitment & Enrolment
- Manage enrolment lifecycle: applications, documentation, confirmations and payment coordination.
- Conduct orientations/ pre-course briefings and ensure learners are ready
- Maintain clean records in CRM/ database ensure timely updates and accurate reporting.
Partial Programme-in-Charge (PIC): Programme Delivery Support
- Support assigned programmes end-to-end: schedules, venues, logistics, materials and class admin
- Coordinate with lecturers, learners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and service recovery when issues arise.
- Support assessment/exam admin where applicable
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure documentation and operations comply with relevant requirements and internal procedures maintain audit ready records.
- Gather feedback, support post-course evaluation, and contribute improvement ideas to increase learner satisfaction and conversion/referral rates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, HR or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in Academy/training/education sales, corporate training, enrolment services, or programme operations with sales exposure.
- Comfortable in consultative selling: discovery, objection-handling, closing, and follow-ups.
- Highly organised able to manage programmes/tasks concurrently.
