Programme Planning Executive / Academic Scheduling Executive / Resource Planning Executive
Build and manage programme and class schedules using a scheduling system.
Allocate teaching assignments in partnership with Academic Leaders and manage the pool of Associate Lecturers.
Coordinate with vendors on lecturer deployment, contracts, payroll and assessment-related matters.
Ensure classes run as scheduled and communicate timely updates to stakeholders.
Plan and optimise resources such as rooms and lecturers for smooth programme delivery.
Maintain accurate data in student management and related systems.
Support examination scheduling and coordination.
Assist with budgeting data, onboarding of new lecturers and academic events.
Diploma or Degree holder with 1-3 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling or operations.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with good attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable working independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with scheduling tools is a plus.
Willing to support events and orientations a few times per year.
