What You'll Be Doing
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, collaborators, and industry stakeholders.
- Navigate competing needs while fostering positive, professional engagement across all levels.
- Work closely with internal teams to promote events, deliver partner value, and explore new opportunities.
Project & Programme Management
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent project streams.
- Coordinate workshops, consultative sessions, and events-ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Make quick decisions to resolve issues and adapt to shifting priorities.
Reporting, KPI Tracking & Insights
- Analyse participant feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
- Track and report KPIs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare concise updates and reports for management and committees.
Committee & Operational Support
- Schedule and coordinate committee meetings.
- Draft and circulate meeting minutes and recommendations.
- Maintain internal documentation and respond to stakeholder queries.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, or project/event coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands and deadlines.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive outlook in fast-changing situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, including KPI tracking and reporting.
