Application Processing & Evaluation
Review and assess applications to ensure completeness and alignment with eligibility criteria
Follow up with relevant parties to clarify information or request additional details where necessary
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of application status, decisions, and documentation
Administrative & Process Support
Manage application workflows, including data entry, tracking, and document management
Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and basic analysis on application trends and outcomes
Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in application handling
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
Respond to applicant enquiries and provide clear guidance on submission requirements and timelines
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the evaluation process
Support the coordination of briefings, workshops, or information sessions for applicants
Provide guidance to applicants to help them better understand scheme requirements
Assist in developing supporting materials such as application guides and FAQs
Evaluation & Feedback
Identify common issues or trends in applications and support reporting efforts
Provide input to improve guidelines, communication materials, and applicant experience
Process Improvement
Work with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Contribute ideas to improve stakeholder engagement and overall application processes
Bachelor's degree in Community Engagement, Arts Management, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated experience in community engagement, partnership management, outreach, or programme coordination
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with digital engagement tools
Understanding of community organisations and public engagement initiatives is an advantage
Experience in planning and coordinating events, programmes, or group activities is preferred
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Fridays : 8.30am - 5.30pm
