Role Description The Programme Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for managing the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of assigned academic programmes. The Programme Manager oversees programme operations, including timetabling, resource allocation, and coordination with academic partners and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery. This role supports faculty with administrative matters, monitors student progression and feedback, and helps resolve academic and operational issues in a timely and learner-centric manner. The Programme Manager also contributes to teaching, curriculum review cycles, quality assurance activities, and regulatory compliance in line with institutional and external standards. In addition, the role involves supporting student recruitment and outreach activities, preparing programme reports and analytics, and recommending enhancements to strengthen programme outcomes and student experience.
