The Korea IT Cooperation Center (KICC Singapore), under the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA), supports the global expansion and growth of Korean ICT companies, with Singapore serving as a strategic regional hub for the ASEAN market.
We are seeking motivated professionals to support the overseas expansion and global growth of Korean ICT companies, deliver tangible business outcomes through collaboration with Korea-based and internationalpartners, and grow by gaining first-hand experience in the evolving global ICT industry.
[Position]
- Programme Manager (1 position)
- Details of responsibilities and scope may be adjusted during the recruitment and negotiation process.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Programme Planning & Management
- Plan and manage annual programmes supporting overseas market entry of Korean ICT companies.
- Manage programme budgets and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Oversee operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle vendor selection, participant recruitment, and on-site programme operations.
- Support demo day pitch sessions, provide regulatory guidance, and manage post-programme business follow-ups.
- Conduct programme performance evaluations and prepare reports.
2. Market Entry Support for Korean ICT Companies
- Business introductions to local partners, customers, and investors.
- Provide comprehensive market entry support for Korean ICT companies.
3. External Partnerships & Collaboration
- Build and maintain partnerships with ASEAN government agencies, venture capital firms, and accelerators.
- Negotiate MOUs and lead joint programmes and events with partner organizations.
- Participate in major ICT conferences and industry events for networking and matchmaking.
4. Market Research
- Research and report on ICT industry trends in Singapore and neighboring countries, including ICT Industry, digital trends, and AI governance, etc.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by headquarters.
- Support in/outbound business delegations.
- Support startup recruitment drives.
[Qualifications]
- Experience in project or programme planning and management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (companies, government agencies, partners, etc.).
- Fluency in English for day-to-day work. Korean language proficiency is required to support coordination with headquarters and Korean partner companies.
- Strong interest and understanding of overseas market entry, global business, or the ICT industry.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to independently drive tasks to completion.
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Legally eligible to work in Singapore (valid work visa holders preferred).
- Experience in government, public institutions, or overseas market entry support programmes.
- Experience related to Korean companies expansion into ASEAN markets.
- Background in ICT, startups, or investment (VC) industries.
- Experience managing international events, exhibitions, or conferences.
[Employment Terms]
- Salary: SGD 3,200 - SGD 5,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and competency CPF, AWS, and performance bonus provided separately)
- Contract Period: 1-year contract (3-month probation renewable annually based on performance)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work Location: Raffles Place, Singapore
