Job Description:

• Oversee and coordinate renal services operations, including Dialysis Centre and inpatient/outpatient Peritoneal Dialysis services, ensuring operational readiness and service quality.

• Plan, implement, and support clinical service strategies in collaboration with Clinical Leads and Heads of Department, including new services, workflows, and improvement initiatives.

• Administer renal programmes and case management, providing renal counselling for early and advanced CKD patients and coordinating clinical and administrative care across care settings.

• Manage departmental resources and compliance, including SOPs, audits, inspections, budgeting, work planning, and resolution of operational, IT, and administrative issues.

• Support staff management and development, including onboarding, competency tracking, and capability building, while performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent
