Programme Manager Milestone

Key Responsibilities

1. Milestone Programme Ownership

• Coordinate scheduling, enrolment, vendor engagement, and logistics.
• Ensure programmes align with competency schemas and organisational goals.
• Oversee programme tracking in Monday.com and maintain accurate dashboards.

2. Quality & Outcomes Management

• Monitor learner satisfaction, capability outcomes, and attendance.
• Identify gaps or risks and propose corrective measures.
• Maintain audit-ready records for reporting.

3. Cross-Programme Support

• Provide delivery and logistics support to other programmes where capacity allows.
• Share lessons learned and improvements across the portfolio.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with SMEs, vendors, and practice leads for contextualisation and sequencing.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with participants and senior sponsors.

Must-Have Profile

• Proven track record managing large-scale milestone or flagship programmes (200 participants each).
• Strong background in project management and operations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Singapore public-sector learning frameworks.
• Experience in course architecture and content development.
• Vendor and logistics management expertise.
• Tools: Monday.com, LMS (Moodle/Totara), MS Office, basic analytics (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Optional: Prompt engineering.
