Role Overview
The Programme Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality educational programmes, workshops, and events that empower young girls. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and volunteer coordination skills to ensure seamless programme execution and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Management
- Lead pre-event planning, including setting objectives, developing timelines, and coordinating resources.
- Manage volunteer assignments, logistics, and materials to ensure readiness for each programme.
- Oversee event delivery on-site, ensuring smooth execution and quickly resolving any challenges.
- Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare impact reports for schools, volunteers, and corporate partners, analysing outcomes, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track and report programme KPIs to monitor effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure all programmes and events uphold Inspiring Girls quality standards and mission.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, aligning their CSR initiatives with Inspiring Girls programmes.
- Collaborate closely with schools to coordinate programme delivery, logistics, and student participation.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support volunteers, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and effectively contributing.
- Maintain communication with donors and partners, providing updates, impact reporting, and insights on programme outcomes.
