The Take-A-Break (TAB) programme offers subsidised respite care, giving caregivers time to rest and recharge with peace of mind.
Summary:
To lead administrative support, service development and evaluation of Take-a-Break programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administration & Operations
- Responsible to programme manager and division director in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of TAB.
- Recommend policies and practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of services and assist in implementing those policies and practices.
- Handles Information & Enquiry and conduct assessment to recommend outcome of a referral to TAB.
- Responsible for achieving key performance indicators in the client reach, outcomes and impact. This includes completion of progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with and respond to funder on any queries on TAB programme cases.
- Provide administrative support and coverage to other TAB colleagues.
Service Development and Sustainability
- Supervise the programme planning and delivery which includes developing/implementing service elements that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families.
- Take responsibility for ground sensing to find out the needs of the clients/caregivers in the area
- Collaborate with funder and appointed service providers to identify service pain points and work towards solutioning.
Networking & Professional Matters
- Network, participate and contribute professionally through work with relevant professionals and stakeholders that involves TAB programme.
- Represent TAB to undertake outreach efforts to referral agencies, community organisations and any other relevant agencies
- Supervise TAB colleagues that may include social worker, programme assistant and social work associate and work with caregivers/clients to offer services to the clients.

- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT
- A degree in any discipline related to social sciences or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative work or managing programmes for people with disabilities
- Analytical, flexible, resilient and ability to see different perspectives and draw connectivity
- Confident as an independent project/team lead who can foster good teamwork
