About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Programme Executive to manage and grow our social enterprise initiatives, including the Mobile Massage Team (MMT), Dining in the Dark (DITD), and Touch Art (TA).
The successful incumbent will work closely with the Assistant Manager and shall play a key role in managing daily operations, driving outreach and sales, and fostering inclusive community engagement.
The position requires a hands-on individual who can manage both indoor administrative work and outdoor operational assignments.
Responsibilities
1. Administration & Operational Support
- Manage administrative duties including invoicing, data collation, documentation, and reporting
- Prepare monthly disbursements, reimbursements, and payments to Finance for visually impaired clients, masseurs, servers, and kitchen helpers
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoicing, inventory, and operational data
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial and administrative matters
2. Touch Art (TA) Operations & Coordination
- Promote and deliver Touch Art product presentations to corporate partners and individual customers
- Collaborate with sighted volunteers and visually impaired clients to produce, customise, and recommend suitable artworks
- Manage corporate enquiries, negotiations, order confirmations, and post-sales follow-ups to encourage feedback, repeat business, and referrals
- Work towards achieving sales targets while ensuring proper documentation and record keeping
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
- Assess the suitability of visually impaired individuals for participation in TA programmes and liaise with Social Workers on related matters
3. Dining in the Dark (DITD) Operations & Programme Support
- Promote and sell Dining in the Dark experiences to individuals, groups, and corporate clients
- Support the planning, implementation, and on-site setup of DITD events
- Assist in the delivery of learning and team-building programmes involving other Social Enterprise initiatives
- Coordinate and schedule visually impaired servers and kitchen assistants
- Place orders with approved catering vendors and coordinate logistics
4. Programme & Team Support (Indoor & Outdoor)
- Provide support for both office-based planning and on-site programme execution
- Participate in outdoor events, exhibitions, and operational activities as required
- Provide coverage for colleagues when required and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in social service agency and F&B advantageous
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours and on weekends when required
- Willing to undertake both indoor and outdoor assignments
- Basic knowledge of creating e-posters for promotional events
- Strong passion for social causes and inclusive initiatives
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including the visually impaired community.
