This role focuses on planning and delivering meaningful programmes for seniors and managing volunteer and partner engagement, ensuring strong community involvement and smooth execution of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and strengthen volunteer networks and community partnerships with corporates, schools, groups and individuals.
- Plan, organise and coordinate programmes and activities with internal teams, volunteers and external partners.
- Develop engagement strategies and ensure volunteers are briefed, trained and supported.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams on events and programme execution.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for all activities.
- Track volunteer attendance and gather feedback where required.
- Assist in publicity, outreach efforts and communication materials.
- Manage donations and donations-in-kind with proper accounting and prompt deposits.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, statistics and presentation materials.
- Support internal welfare activities and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline communications or related fields preferred.
- Experience in volunteer management and partnership engagement.
- Preferably 5 years experience in healthcare or eldercare settings.
- Strong leadership, planning and event-coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable with various software applications.
- Passionate about working with seniors and community engagement.
- Able to work weekends when activities are scheduled.
