POSITION SUMMARY
As a Programme Executive of CareKids, you will be responsible to support the C.A.R.E Programme in the area of
- Programme Development
- Centre Administration & Management
- Volunteer Coordination and Management
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Programme Development and Implementation
- Plan and execute fun-learning activities/programmes that are aligned to the key dimensions of growth and development for the children registered under the C.A.R.E Programme
- Design and Implement fun outreach activities/events for Centre to expand impact and reach
- Assist in conducting and facilitating the structured sessions for Learning Support Programme
- Supervise, engage and motivate children in their work and engagements for both structured sessions and volunteer-led activities/programmes.
- Engage children and volunteers meaningfully through education games / resources during sessions
- Monitor the well-being of children from time to time and detect any unusual behaviour among them
- Flag up, work with Supervisor and follow up with necessary action as guided
- Conduct on-going evaluation on the process, operation and programme effectiveness, recommend and implement improvements
2. Centre Administration and Management
Liaise with caregivers/parents on C.A.R.E Programme's:
- enquiries and administrative matters related but not limited to enrolment and/or programme registration
- attendance matters and/or enquiries for updates and concerns of their children
- irregularity of attendance/absenteeism of children for and follow up to determine the suitability of children to continue with the programme
Upkeep and maintain up-to-date database of children who are enrolled for programmes and events under C.A.R.E, for:
- Key information and records of contact details and emergency contact lists.
- Weekly attendance for the learning support programme
- Programme registration and ad-hoc attendance for events and activities
- Tracking the outreach and recruitment data, following the recruitment drive after Outreach event/activities (E.g. Door-to-Door Knocking)
3. Volunteers Coordination and Management
- Onboard volunteers and conduct volunteer briefing (onsite/online) prior to each volunteering sessions for both individual and/or group volunteering
- Conduct on-going evaluation of programmes/activities delivered by volunteers, provide feedback to volunteers and implement improvement where needed
- Maintain regular communication with volunteers on programme matters related to C.A.R.E Programme
- Assist in coordinating volunteers schedule to ensure adequate support for activities and sessions under C.A.R.E Programme
- Assist in scheduling and deploying of volunteers to the coaching group they are assigned to for each learning support session
4. Other Duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties / tasks related to building community awareness and presence for C.A.R.E / children's programme assigned by Supervisor/ Head of CareKids.

Skills and proficiencies for administration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Canva
- Meticulous, well organized and diligent in handling administrative duties with the use of IT tools - Central Management System.
