Plan, organise and lead programmes and activities, either one-to-one or on a group basis, depending on the preferences, needs and limitations of each client.
Orientate new clients into the programmes and activities.
Understand and able to apply the whole Person-Centred Care approach concept.
Procure consumables as needed by day-to-day activity sessions.
Monitor the supply and condition of equipment and activity props and supplies and assist to procure the items when needed.
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least GCE O Levels or higher qualifications.
Passionate about dementia care and working with people.
Hands-on, with skills in baking, arts & crafts, flower arrangement, singing, dancing, etc.
Gentle and patient.
Proficient in PowerPoint.
Able to work independently and as a responsible team player.
Good oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
