Job Summary
As a Programme Coordinator, you will coordinate with trainers and venue owners to ensure smooth workout sessions, manage customer service, prepare logistics, and process reports timely while supporting weekday and weekend classes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with trainers and facilitators to ensure workout sessions run smoothly and meet quality standards
- Process programme reports promptly and maintains accurate documentation for operational transparency
- Prepare and manage logistics required for programme execution to support seamless event delivery
- Manage customer service interactions to address participant needs and enhance satisfaction
- Liaise with venue owners to secure and coordinate workout spaces for scheduled sessions
- Remain on standby during evenings and weekends to provide operational support during classes
