Programme Associate (Curriculum Design)

1. Curriculum Development

• Help create and refine curriculum materials and lesson plans.

• Assist in designing age-appropriate and engaging programme activities.

• Prepare teaching materials and resources for classes.

2. Programme Execution

• Deliver lessons (including Saturday sessions) and ensure learner engagement.

• Handle basic administrative and logistical tasks during programme delivery.

3. Programme Evaluation

• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sessions.

• Conduct evaluations to assess learning outcomes and satisfaction.

• Share observations and recommendations to support programme improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience with planning of curriculum
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working hours: 2.5 days a week, including Saturdays
• Able to commit min 6 months
• Salary: $1000-$1200/month
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
