Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and creative Programme Associate (Curriculum Development) intern to support the design, development, and execution of curriculum across our student care and outreach centres. This is a hands-on opportunity to assist in creating engaging learning experiences, with exposure to curriculum planning, programme execution, and educational resource development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
- Support the development and refinement of curriculum materials and lesson plans across multiple centres
- Assist in designing and implementing programme activities that are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Prepare teaching resources and materials for programme delivery
2. Programme Execution
- Deliver programmes according to lesson plans, including Saturday sessions, ensuring learner engagement
- Support administrative and logistical tasks related to lesson execution
3. Programme Evaluation
- Provide feedback on sessions and suggest improvements to enhance the engagement
- Carry out programme evaluation to assess learning and satisfaction
- Communicate any observations or recommendations to staff to support continuous program development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, or a related field
- Passionate about education and curriculum design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable, with availability to support Saturday programme sessions
Working Schedule
- 2.5 days a week, including Saturdays
- Minimum commitment period of 6 months
