Programmatic Sales Director

We're looking for a Sales Director to accelerate growth across the APAC region. You'll drive new business, grow revenue, and build strong partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and ad tech players.

This role is perfect for someone who combines commercial drive with consultative problem-solving, helping clients achieve better ROAS, smarter analytics (even in cookieless environments), and greater efficiency.

What you'll do

• Lead new business growth across APAC
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Win accounts with high-impact proposals and pitches
• Grow existing client relationships through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Work with internal teams to deliver smooth execution
• Negotiate contracts with legal and finance
• Track progress and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce
• Hit (and exceed!) revenue targets
• Represent us at key industry events and conferences

Who you are

• A self-starter with drive, resilience, and consultative sales skills
• Experienced in digital marketing, social, and CTV with a strong network across advertisers and agencies
• Skilled at selling complex, enterprise-level solutions
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and closing deals
• 7+ years of sales experience in advertising technology with C-level connections
• Management experience a must.
