Job Description

We&aposre looking for a Client Success Director to take the lead in driving partnerships with some of the most well known brands and agencies across the region. This is a highly strategic role where you&aposll guide clients on their omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement strategies-powered by one of the industry&aposs most advanced ad management platforms.

The role is both client-facing and internally strategic, requiring someone who can balance big-picture thinking with executional excellence.

Programmatic experience is an absolute must.

Key Objectives:

  1. Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
  2. Act as a consultative advisor, providing strategic guidance
  3. Retain and grow revenue across existing accounts
  4. Lead day-to-day account management
  5. Mentor and develop direct 1-2 reports

This is a leadership position within the Client Success organization, working on high-value, top-tier accounts. You&aposll develop 12-month account roadmaps, deliver insight-led solutions, and ensure clients extract the full value of their digital marketing investments.

We&aposre looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ad tech / programmatic-driven environment, is passionate about digital innovation, and can balance commercial acumen with client empathy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years&apos experience in programmatic digital media, covering account management, project management, sales, or ad operations
  • Proven leadership and people management skills; experience developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn technical knowledge into actionable marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong relationship builder and natural consultant with experience influencing at all levels
