Purpose Of The Role
The Program Specialist oversees the end-to-end management of assigned client programs within RDC. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of SAP transactions (e.g., inbound/outbound orders, material master data) and serves as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client requirements within agreed timelines.
What You'll Do
Customer Management
- Proactively manage client orders and requirements to ensure timely fulfilment
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Warehouse, Production, Quality)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting style to achieve desired outcomes
Quality & Accuracy
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions and processes
- Maintain a strong quality-focused mindset in daily operations
Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and ISO Standards
- Ensure all activities comply with RDC operational requirements
Administration & Reporting
- Conduct regular client performance reviews and track KPIs
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation
- Respond to stakeholders quesries promptly
- Maintain proper electronic records (e.g., POs)
- Provide backup support to team members when required
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in logistics, or supply chain operations
- At least 2 years of proven hands-on SAP experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
