About the Role
Accenture is seeking a Program / Project Management Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong focus on AI-driven innovation. This role plays a critical part in accelerating product development, enabling seamless execution across global teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategic priorities into structured programs while ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment across stakeholders in multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality standards
. Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting structures for concurrent projects
. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Singapore, India, and Europe, including business, engineering, and partner teams
. Translate business requirements into clear delivery roadmaps using data-informed and AI-driven approaches
. Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
. Track and communicate program performance using defined KPIs, milestones, and dashboards
. Drive effective communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams
. Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery processes

Required Qualifications
. Proven experience in program or project management within technology or digital environments
. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including NPI or product development processes
. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in business or technology solutions
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams
. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
. Experience working with cross-regional teams and global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
. Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)
. Experience in technology consulting or large-scale transformation programs
. Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel operations, or product commercialization
. Exposure to digital transformation or innovation-led initiatives
