Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Expert proficiency in Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
