Roles & Responsibilities

• Program management of specific products to meet customer requirements

• Responsible for successful project realization of new products

• Responsible for excellent customer relations

• Cost management (est. cost budget cost) of specific projects

• Planning & execution to prepare the organization for production/ramp readiness

• Communication and documentation of engineering changes of the allocated products

• Realization and communication of cost down programs and lead time reduction program with customers

• Tack program costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure effective program excution

• Program Oversight Program managers oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a program.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in program or project management within precision engineering or manufacturing

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing customer relationships

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

• Supervisory Skills Program managers require the ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
