Program Manager

Role Description

This part-time on-site position, based in Singapore, is for a Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include designing project plans, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring project objectives are met, liaising with stakeholders, and facilitating team collaboration. The Program Manager will also monitor project performance, address challenges proactively, and provide regular updates to leadership while supporting organizational growth efforts.

Qualifications

• Project management and organizational skills, with experience in planning, executing, and overseeing complex initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align team efforts and ensure transparency
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and adapt to changing project needs
• Proficiency in tools for project tracking and performance evaluation
• Experience in the healthcare or dental field is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Singapore
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
