Responsibilities
- Lead product immersion and testing initiatives across alpha, beta, and general availability phases, serving as the main point of contact for Product, Sales, and Data Science teams
- Define objectives, identify participants, manage logistics, and develop clear briefs for testing and immersion programs
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Product Marketing, and User Research to scope test design, requirements, and success metrics
- Synthesize insights and findings into clear narratives that influence product changes, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy
- Drive process improvements by defining, implementing, and scaling programs based on impact metrics and analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing, including bugs, feature gaps, and product clarity challenges, escalating and communicating effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, business-level Thai and business-level Vietnamese is required to effectively liaise with stakeholders in Vietnam and Thailand to support cross-border collaboration as part of the role's responsibilities.
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management, customer service, marketing, UX research, operations, or product testing
- 4+ years of experience managing, tracking, and measuring digital marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with advertising or marketing platform tools
- Proven ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing processes that improve product, program, or team performance
- Solid understanding of product development, market research, and testing methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing will be good to have.
