Responsibilities
- Lead Testing & Immersion Programs: Oversee product pilots (alpha, beta, GA) and immersion activities, serving as the central contact for Product, Sales, and Data Science teams.
- Strategic Planning: Define objectives, identify participants, manage logistics, and prepare briefs to guide immersion and testing projects.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers to design tests, manage execution, and surface insights that influence product direction.
- Insight Communication: Share findings effectively with stakeholders, shaping product roadmaps and driving scalable solutions.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement new workflows based on impact metrics to improve efficiency and support quality outcomes.
- Issue Management: Troubleshoot challenges during testing phases, escalate appropriately, and ensure stakeholders remain informed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in program/project management, customer service, marketing, UX research, operations, or product testing.
- 4+ years of experience managing and measuring digital marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in Thai or Vietnamese (spoken and written) as this role woll cover Vietnam and Thailand markets.
- Proven ability to initiate and deliver projects independently.
- Strong track record of building cross-functional relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Experience implementing processes that enhance product or team performance.
- Solid understanding of product development, market research, and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and escalation processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in A/B testing.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
- Familiarity with diverse communities and inclusive product practices.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms or campaign management tools.
