Program Manager (Primary Care Network)

Bridgepoint Health is the operator of United Primary Care Network (PCN). This role will work closely and oversee the various departments within the United PCN.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations and Administration

- Oversee the operations of United PCN.

- Engage and onboard relevant partners.

- Manage scheduling and rostering of services at our partner clinics.

- Support the PCN for all right siting with clusters.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Work with external stakeholders (United PCN partner clinics, AIC, MOH) to drive the objectives of the PCN.

- Keep abreast of all primary care related information including but not limited to guidelines, policies, circulars.

- Work closely with other PCNs and Cluster.

- Participate in forums and represent United PCN in these forums.

- Assist in the yearly audits of the PCN.

- Support all Healthier SG related initiatives.

3. Leadership

- Oversee and provide leadership to the various departments within the United PCN group.

- Data driven decision making to provide United PCN partners with up-to-date information.

- Oversee quarterly PCN meetings and be a secretariat for such meetings (mostly on Saturdays).

- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to deliver necessary support for business needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare related fields.

2. Data driven in approach.

3. Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

4. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft ecosystem.
