This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Program Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO). The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources; monitoring project progress and performance; conducting risk assessments; and driving process improvements within the PMO. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in project and program management, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
  • Experience in data engineering technologies, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
