Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, offering flexibility for some remote work. The Program Manager (PMO) will oversee and coordinate project portfolios, ensuring goals are met within established timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, tracking project progression, liaising with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with standards. The role also involves supporting the organization's broader goals by identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, portfolio management, and risk management
• Proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with marketing strategies or mental health advocacy is a plus
