- Position : Program Manager (Order Fulfilment / Customer Planning)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer forecast, order updates, and purchase order follow-up accurately and timely
- Review customer demand, highlight anomalies, and coordinate internally on required updates
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams on order status, delivery schedules, and urgent requests
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Monitor material availability, capacity constraints, and shipment timelines escalate risks and issues promptly
- Support BOM-related updates / changes and ensure relevant information is aligned across stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain reports on order status, on-time delivery, inventory exposure, revenue, claims, RMAs, or related fulfilment metrics
- Follow up on excess, scrap, rework, or other fulfilment-related issues where required
- Maintain proper ERP records, documentation, and data accuracy for orders and related transactions
- Support continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist with other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order management, program coordination, customer fulfilment, planning, or supply chain operations
- Experience in manufacturing / electronics / EMS / contract manufacturing environment is a must
- Experience handling customer forecast, order status review, delivery coordination, and internal cross-functional follow-up
- Familiar with BOM coordination / BOM changes / material readiness / capacity or production-related discussions
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems MRP knowledge is an advantage
