Position Summary:
This role is responsible for driving integrated innovation initiatives, with a strong focus on cross-channel delivery and AI-enabled solutions. The Program Manager will balance immediate delivery requirements with an ongoing strategic roadmap, enabling scalable, high-impact solutions for internal teams and clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Program & Initiative Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated initiatives spanning innovation, technology, and production
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic programs
Support the development and rollout of productised solutions that can scale across markets and clients
Ensure alignment of initiatives to business priorities, growth opportunities, and client needs
Integrated Marketing & Channel Delivery
Ensure we are considering integration between media, creative, data, and technology outputs
Support the deployment of AI-enabled marketing solutions, including content automation, personalization, and workflow optimization
Product & Solution Enablement
Partner with wider Product, Growth, and Client teams to translate solutions into executable programs
Support the go-to-market rollout of new capabilities, frameworks, and tools
Ensure solutions are operationally viable, scalable, and adopted by markets
Contribute to the development of playbooks, frameworks, and best practices
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a key interface between Innovation teams, Delivery, Growth, and Client teams
Provide clear communication on program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Support client-facing teams in delivering integrated solutions and strategic initiatives
Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration
Operational Excellence
Establish and manage efficient workflows across multiple disciplines and markets
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions
Ensure delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, SLAs, and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working
Commercial & Strategic Contribution
Support pipeline development and execution by enabling the delivery of integrated solutions
Ensure programs are delivered with commercial discipline, balancing cost, value, and scalability
Contribute to revenue growth and client expansion through effective delivery and solution adoption
Track and report on program performance and business impact
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Delivery, and market teams
Foster a culture of integration, collaboration, and accountability
Support capability building across teams, particularly in integrated and AI-enabled marketing approaches
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
610+ years of experience in program/project management, integrated marketing, or product delivery roles
Proven experience managing complex, multi-market initiatives (APAC preferred)
Experience across cross-channel marketing ecosystems (digital, content, production)
Demonstrated exposure to AI, automation, or MarTech-driven marketing solutions
Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience with project/program management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Experience within a marketing agency, consulting, or integrated services environment
Familiarity with productised solution development and rollout
Understanding of AI applications in marketing (e.g., content generation, personalization, workflow automation)
Experience managing scaled content production and localization
Exposure to MarTech / AdTech platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe, Salesforce)
Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus
