Project Leadership & Strategy: Define program scope, objectives, and detailed execution plans. Conduct needs assessments and develop accurate budget forecasts and performance metrics.
Execution & Financial Oversight: Monitor project milestones to ensure all obligations are met. Manage budgets, implement corrective actions for variances, and pursue contract variations when necessary.
Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks and execute mitigation plans with stakeholders. Coordinate the procurement of internal and external resources to meet program demands.
Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary interface for internal teams and senior stakeholders. Lead complex negotiations and manage challenging vendor relationships.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and program audits. Provide expert input on proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and cost estimations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Sciences
Minimum 7 years of proven program management experience in a similar leadership role in a multi-discipline product development environment.
Experience in Semiconductor Test would be a plus.
PMI project management certification (PMP) will be an advantage.
Strong risk management & problem solving disciplines.
Ability to organize and keep teams focus on critical objectives.
Demonstrate strong influencing, conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all project stakeholders.
